How this calculator works
Floor Space Index (FSI), also called Floor Area Ratio (FAR), is the ratio of total built-up area on all floors to the plot area. Built-up area = Plot area × (Base FSI + Premium FSI + TDR). Floors are limited by both FSI and ground coverage.
Frequently asked questions
